About the role

  • Manage the implementation and execution project plan, including dependencies from clients and teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, servicing and operations)
  • Act as the single owner of client delivery plan and ensure successful delivery
  • Manage critical activities (e.g. testing windows, release co-ordination, go-live and cutovers)
  • Ensure consistency in how client onboarding and delivery occurs across the company, and create a playbook to scale
  • Manage the client delivery relationship across 1-2 clients and co-ordinate activities across multiple programs simultaneously
  • Work with Solutions Engineering to manage configurations on platform
  • Work with engineering and internal teams to incorporate the company roadmap into the client delivery roadmap and mitigate delivery risks and issues
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, keeping the end-goal in mind

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experiences in technical program management roles in tech organisations across technical and non-technical deliverables
  • Be hands-on and execution orientated
  • Strong problem solver
  • Effectively managing product & engineering teams and working with client stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and managing complex decisions
  • Comfortable managing engineering delivery and complex dependency management
  • Have a delivery management toolkit that allows you to work across different types of initiatives and teams
