Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
