About the role

  • Regional Service Manager overseeing service delivery operations at Assurant. Driving performance through data analysis, vendor management, and team leadership with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing Service Delivery within respective region
  • Analyze the performance of the Region using statistical and analytical tools
  • Manage Staff Service Recruitment and Service Locater Associate
  • Responsible for budgets, productivity goals and process improvement goals
  • Provide periodic reports, presentations, business plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in vendor management and on-site service delivery
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Prior fiduciary and/or P&L responsibilities
  • Demonstrated high level of experience in MS Excel, MS Access or other similar tools
  • Prior experience in managing workgroups
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
