About the role

  • Lead national and international projects for our key customers
  • Coordinate projects of subsidiaries within BITO
  • Overall project responsibility for on-time delivery and budget compliance, steering project activities and monitoring project progress
  • Apply project management tools and methods
  • Ensure project-related information flow
  • Point of contact for external customers, BITO international locations and suppliers
  • Represent the project and the company internally and externally
  • Coordinate on-site activities in cooperation with site managers

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business-related qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience; however, we also offer entry-level candidates a chance as Junior Project Manager
  • Certified project management experience (IHK Project Manager; GPM certification desirable)
  • Knowledge of contract law, commercial skills (especially cost calculation), and very good knowledge of current standard software
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages desirable
  • Conflict management, teamwork and strong communication skills
  • High personal commitment and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
