About the role

  • Central point of contact for all stakeholders and manager of internal workflow for each deal in progress
  • Provide guidance and assist with deal structuring, pricing, and determining relevant contracting vehicles
  • Construct and prepare customer-ready quotes, proposals, and/or order forms
  • Work closely with all business stakeholders to get deals through efficiently
  • Respond to customer and field inquiries related to quotes, orders and contracts agreements
  • Data entry and updates to internal systems as needed
  • Maintain customer files and records in internal systems
  • Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall workflows and operations processes
  • Attend and participate in Sales QBRs and Forecast calls
  • Help create/update training materials and documents as needed
  • Work on other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Customer focused team player with a high degree of professionalism
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • High degree of flexibility, extreme organization, and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of business process flow and upstream/downstream impact
