About the role
- You are responsible for customer requirements, performance, quality and the outcome of a rollout project.
- Preparing, monitoring and owning the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting are part of your daily tasks.
- You act as the primary customer interface and liaison to all relevant internal departments.
- You identify the development and implementation of new processes or process disruptions and initiate improvement measures.
- You are responsible for managing subcontractors.
- You support the implementation of new projects.
- As the person responsible for the rollout project, monthly closings and invoice reviews of vendors are part of your responsibilities.
- You provide support for new business inquiries and work closely with other departments.
- Preparing and conducting customer meetings is also within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP with regard to month-end closing activities for the projects you will be responsible for.
- Very good technical and logistical understanding and ideally experience in communications or electrical engineering.
- Experience in customer support, sales or customer service.
- Experience in project management and strong skills in process analysis.
- Business-fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, hands-on mentality, flexibility and assertiveness.
