You are responsible for customer requirements, performance, quality and the outcome of a rollout project.
Preparing, monitoring and owning the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting are part of your daily tasks.
You act as the primary customer interface and liaison to all relevant internal departments.
You identify the development and implementation of new processes or process disruptions and initiate improvement measures.
You are responsible for managing subcontractors.
You support the implementation of new projects.
As the person responsible for the rollout project, monthly closings and invoice reviews of vendors are part of your responsibilities.
You provide support for new business inquiries and work closely with other departments.
Preparing and conducting customer meetings is also within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP with regard to month-end closing activities for the projects you will be responsible for.
Very good technical and logistical understanding and ideally experience in communications or electrical engineering.
Experience in customer support, sales or customer service.
Experience in project management and strong skills in process analysis.
Business-fluent German and English language skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, hands-on mentality, flexibility and assertiveness.
