About the role

  • Performs claim documentation review, verifies policy coverage and assesses claim validity.
  • Communicates with funeral homes, beneficiaries, and family members.
  • Ensures accurate and timely claims processing.
  • Handles and processes final expense claims.

Requirements

  • Must report into Franklin, TN office Tuesday- Thursday
  • Experience in a high production environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Ability to review and triage documents to the correct location
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & handle multiple workloads/assignments
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to resolve any issues
  • Education HS Diploma
