Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
Deliver measurable growth, maintaining an LTV/CAC ratio of at least 3:1
Lead initiatives that drive entry into new verticals or geographic markets
Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure new revenue acquisition, customer expansion, and retention rates
Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and marketing ROI through data-driven insights
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through strategic partnerships and product launches
Establish new high-value partnerships annually to expand indirect revenue streams
Leverage alliances to enhance offerings and open new revenue channels aligned with company objectives
Create and maintain forecasting models and real-time revenue dashboards to ensure revenue predictability
Provide regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting insights and strategic adjustments
Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to optimize pricing models and strengthen product-market fit
Utilize data analytics to refine pricing, forecasting, and monetization strategies
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales, marketing, and partnerships organization, fostering a culture of excellence
Implement training and development programs to upskill teams and enhance overall performance
Oversee brand management and ensure strong market recognition and positioning
Develop strategies that enhance customer perception, loyalty, and satisfaction
Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to refine business strategies.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration across all go-to-market teams for cohesive execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles within payments, merchant acquiring, ISO, gateway, or fintech sectors
At least 5 years in leadership of revenue-related functions (sales, marketing, or partnerships), with 3 years in a VP-level role managing teams of 40+ people
Proven track record of driving revenue growth exceeding 20% through direct sales, partnerships, and marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead integrated teams including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Revenue Operations
Expertise in merchant acquiring, gateways, and ISVs
Strong command of revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI optimization
Experience designing compensation and incentive plans that align performance with profitability
Skilled in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management
Proven ability in pricing and monetization strategies, with a deep understanding of interchange fees
Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategy execution, product launches, and market expansion
Competence in customer retention and expansion, including churn reduction and NPS improvement
Experienced in partnership development, including structuring and managing referral or demand partners
Working knowledge of REST APIs and the technical aspects of payment platforms
Data-driven approach to decision-making and revenue optimization
Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational execution to long-term business goals
