About the role

  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Capital Markets campus recruitment programs to attract top students
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Works across BMO to provide operational and administrative support across the full campus recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinates and supports the execution of campus recruitment strategies, including scheduling interviews, managing event logistics, and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Plans and facilitates office and virtual events such as information sessions, office visits, and networking events in collaboration with university partners and internal stakeholders
  • Manages candidate communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Handles administrative tasks, including preparing recruitment materials and managing and supporting the pre-onboarding and onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and align campus efforts with business objectives
  • Tracks and reports on key metrics related to campus recruiting performance and candidate engagement
  • Maintains accurate records in applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Conducts industry analysis & trends to support effective support of talent acquisition programs and solutions
  • Provides administrative support for broader talent acquisition initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Typically, 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or a professional service-oriented setting is required
  • Experience in campus / early talent recruitment is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and university partners
  • Relationship-building, customer service, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
