About the role

  • Responsible for the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns
  • Oversee campaign buildout and performance, providing clients with accurate reporting and insights
  • Work closely with Digital Specialists to build out and implement campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Implementation team on call tracking, conversion pixel installation, and troubleshooting
  • Launch campaigns on time with accuracy
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations and provide real-time information and status updates to the Client Lead and larger team
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues impacting performance
  • Provide backup support for colleagues as needed to ensure seamless campaign management
  • Deliver accurate and timely performance reports to be shared with clients
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify performance trends and actionable insights
  • Present findings during monthly reporting calls with the Client Lead, strategy team, and Pod Director to inform strategic recommendations and performance improvements
  • Review data trends, adjust reports as needed, and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Maintain certifications and stay updated on industry changes
  • Meet or exceed documented performance goals
  • Continuously learn and develop technical skills and cross-train in SEM, Social & Programmatic
  • Tackle initiatives that fall outside of the job description as necessary

Requirements

  • Have 2-3 years of healthcare digital marketing experience including SEM, display, YouTube, and social media marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Google Ads Certifications in SEM, display, and video
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor
  • Ability to work independently and remotely once given direction
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Must be based in the continental US
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with brand lift studies in Google Ads and Meta platforms (Nice to Have)
  • Additional healthcare depth (Nice to Have)
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products (Nice to Have)
