About the role

  • Ensuring the successful completion of program projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and delivering on time
  • Converting strategic insights from Campaign Leads into detailed, actionable plans
  • Establishing and maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of campaign BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • Facilitating the packaging and activation of campaign strategies, ensuring executional readiness across global operating units
  • Serving as a key liaison between channel and global teams to align on program activation and critical updates
  • Supporting the creation of stakeholder-facing presentations to ensure clear and actionable campaign communication

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience driving integrated campaigns and sales pipeline programs.
  • Demonstrated success in an integrated marketing or campaign management role
  • Experience at a large, global B2B company within a matrixed marketing organization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of BOMs and their role in campaign effectiveness
  • Proficiency in content audit and optimization to ensure marketing materials are relevant and effective
  • Experience working through ambiguity and problem solving with minimal inputs or supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance
