Responsibilities
Ensuring the successful completion of program projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and delivering on time
Converting strategic insights from Campaign Leads into detailed, actionable plans
Establishing and maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of campaign BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Facilitating the packaging and activation of campaign strategies, ensuring executional readiness across global operating units
Serving as a key liaison between channel and global teams to align on program activation and critical updates
Supporting the creation of stakeholder-facing presentations to ensure clear and actionable campaign communication
Requirements
5-7 years’ experience driving integrated campaigns and sales pipeline programs.
Demonstrated success in an integrated marketing or campaign management role
Experience at a large, global B2B company within a matrixed marketing organization
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of BOMs and their role in campaign effectiveness
Proficiency in content audit and optimization to ensure marketing materials are relevant and effective
Experience working through ambiguity and problem solving with minimal inputs or supervision.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance
