Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; ABV, ASA, CFA, or CVA designation required.
- 10+ years of financial valuation or related financial experience, including transaction-related valuations.
- Demonstrated business development success with an existing referral network.
- Advanced financial modeling and report-writing skills; strong knowledge of private capital markets and M&A.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in economic damage analysis, reviewing legal documents, preparing and presenting findings, and testifying as needed.
- Excellent analytical, research, communication skills.
- Highly organized self-starter with strong planning skills and the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, peers, and leadership.
