About the role

  • Business Support Specialist supporting partner communications via various channels for telecommunications business. Ensuring seamless operations and handling partner-specific requirements with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • You support our partners on a case-by-case basis — whether by phone or email
  • You process cases according to partner-specific requirements
  • You train new partners in the network operators' portals
  • You liaise with internal departments for upstream and downstream processes
  • You support order entry and quotation preparation
  • You maintain and manage partner portals
  • You investigate and resolve open issues — always with a focus on quality and service

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
  • You are communicative and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • You are proficient with digital tools — particularly web portals
  • Ideally, you have experience in the telecommunications industry
