About the role

  • Business Support Analyst - Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Provide support to internal clients and handle internal support tickets.
  • Serve as the interface with internal clients, managing various business-related requests.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive solutions;
  • Responsible for structuring and maintaining CRM solutions.
  • Act as a liaison and provide access to information for internal clients, aiming to reduce business impact and support improvement actions.
  • Provide support to activities carried out by the development team.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI);
  • Basic knowledge of API integrations and Azure;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, CRM, and ERP;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions;
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
