About the role

  • Business Relationship Manager I responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction while coordinating IT projects at Liberty University. Engaging with departments for advocacy and support.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with internal departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Act as an advocate for departments within the university
  • Coordination and communication of select IT projects and scheduled maintenance to the university community
  • Active outreach and communication with internal departments to foresee poor process and work to find a solution
  • Marketing services and products that IT offers its customers

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Marketing, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills with writing press releases and understanding of academic technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to intuitively reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills.
  • Regularly required to lift 30 or fewer pounds.
  • Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
