About the role

  • Responsible for managing client relationships for qualified retirement plan accounts at First Bank & Trust. Provide administrative oversight and support in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • managing a book of client relationships
  • provide administrative and relationship management to qualified retirement plan accounts
  • conduct client meetings and communications
  • arrange and perform on-site employee enrollment and ongoing education meetings
  • assist in the oversight of Employee Benefit record-keeping functions
  • assist the plan conversion and/or deconversion team
  • assist in conducting sales meetings and presentations to groups

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum of five years of related work experience or the equivalent
  • completed and received certification from an accredited employee benefits school preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations governing the administration of Employee Benefit accounts
  • Knowledge of general computer applications and networks desired
  • strong communication skills
