About the role

  • Business Process Manager leading strategic Business Process Management initiatives in a corporate setting. Involving operational project engagement, process harmonization, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design end-to-end processes together with business units across different areas of the company.
  • Build a structured process landscape and support the selection of a suitable BPM tool.
  • Provide process-related support for company-wide transformation and software implementation projects.
  • Develop a governance model for group-wide Business Process Management.
  • Create transparency around existing workflows and drive process harmonization, standardization, and digital process optimizations.
  • Conduct workshops, advise stakeholders, and promote a process-oriented mindset across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in process management, ideally with a corporate or consulting background.
  • Practical experience with common BPM tools such as Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, or comparable applications, and with BPMN 2.0.
  • Ability to structure complex issues clearly and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working at the interface between business and IT.
  • Very good German skills and solid English skills.
