Responsibilities
- Support operational issues in existing systems (ERP; Finance; MES; Dealer Portal)
- Assist functional leads in system support including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting issues
- Document corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents
- Engage Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement change requests
- Develop training materials focusing on Oracle eBusiness & SAP ERP systems
- Participate in formal training activities for a global end user community
Requirements
- Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Ability to commit to the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of client computing technologies
- Knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
