Responsibilities
Support operational issues in existing systems (ERP; Finance; MES; Dealer Portal)
Assist functional leads in system support including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting issues
Document corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents
Engage Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement change requests
Develop training materials focusing on Oracle eBusiness & SAP ERP systems
Participate in formal training activities for a global end user community
Requirements
Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science
3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Ability to commit to the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
0-2 years of experience
Working knowledge of client computing technologies
Knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
