About the role

  • Business Systems Co-Op position supporting ERP and IT services at Doosan Digital Innovation America. Focus on troubleshooting and training users in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational issues in existing systems (ERP; Finance; MES; Dealer Portal)
  • Assist functional leads in system support including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting issues
  • Document corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents
  • Engage Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement change requests
  • Develop training materials focusing on Oracle eBusiness & SAP ERP systems
  • Participate in formal training activities for a global end user community

Requirements

  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Ability to commit to the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of client computing technologies
  • Knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a multi-cultural environment
