Responsibilities
Support the Business Operations Senior Manager of the Engineering and Product Support Organization
Work closely with Executive Directors and other Business Operations teammates to build and enhance organizational operational integration
Provide oversight of actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management
Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics
Prepare materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents
Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Demonstrate versatility and resilience in navigating challenges
Requirements
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
5+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders
5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
5+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
5+ years of experience communicating with executive audiences (preferred)
5+ years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizations (preferred)
Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members (preferred)
Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Finance (preferred)
Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework (preferred)
