About the role

  • Business Manager role managing B2B client relations at Vivo, implementing sales strategies and digital solutions. Focus on large corporations and government interactions in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on new business opportunities;
  • Present the product portfolio and provide customer service via digital channels;
  • Responsible for offering and selling mobile and fixed telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, equipment leasing, electronics sales, and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs;
  • Analyze, plan and execute commercial and sales activities to meet and exceed the company's targets;
  • Monitor the transaction workflow, identifying process blockers, backlog and commercial issues that may affect deal closure;
  • Manage daily reports to track sales;
  • Work to resolve critical situations through regular customer contact and partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Commercial profile: driven to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach and active listening to customers;
