About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales metrics and quotas
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct professional sales calls and assess prospect facilities
- Recommend appropriate security solutions based on customer needs
- Generate quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and past clients
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer security needs
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability
- Establish and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and key decision-makers
- Provide ongoing support to customers
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system
- Attend all sales meetings, training, and company events
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Professional Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of sales experience highly preferred
- Alarm industry experience is a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse audiences
- Ability to initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM tools
- Ability to communicate in English, Bi-lingual capabilities a plus.
