Responsibilities
Gestionar tu propio pipeline de originación desde la captación hasta el cierre (ciclo completo)
Ser el primer punto de contacto con clientes potenciales y acompañarles con un enfoque consultivo en operaciones de compra de derechos de superficie
Cumplir objetivos mensuales/trimestrales/anuales, controlando el embudo y la conversión
Monitorizar de forma rigurosa el waterfall de originación (lead → cualificación → propuesta → negociación → cierre)
Colaborar con equipos internos aportando mejoras a CRM, minería de datos, generación de leads y experiencia de cliente
Participar en iniciativas estratégicas y evolución de producto/proceso
Requirements
Título universitario o experiencia equivalente en ventas B2C/B2B con resultados medibles
Capacidad demostrada para buscar oportunidades, negociar y cerrar transacciones de principio a fin
Sólido sentido comercial, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y un enfoque consultivo
Altos estándares éticos, mentalidad de propiedad y comodidad trabajando en un entorno dinámico
Familiaridad con los procesos de cierre de bienes raíces (notario, escrituras, registro, intermediarios) (Valorable)
Comprensión de conceptos financieros como TIR / VAN (Valorable)
