Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups
  • Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals
  • Execute weekly/monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory
  • Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations
  • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of successful healthcare sales experience (home health, hospice, or wound care)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency in Outlook and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
