About the role

  • Business Development Executive managing smaller customer accounts at Miele Professional. Supporting business growth in Care, Hospitality, and Self-Service sectors with strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller customer accounts
  • Deliver personal sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer care
  • Apply marketing and sales policies consistently
  • Contribute to business plans for key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create strong customer outcomes and identify new account opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial business-to-business environment with strong foundational selling skills
  • Ability to build rapport effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer focus and can manage smaller accounts independently
  • Structured and analytical approach to work
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Works well with others and builds positive relationships
