About the role

  • BDR generating qualified leads and booking demos for Envoy Global's immigration SaaS. Hybrid role requiring Thursday office attendance in Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Uncovering, qualifying, and building the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Sourcing and targeting new customers by cold calling via phone and email
  • Applying creative lead generation tactics to uncover potential sales prospects
  • Qualifying leads by connecting with potential clients and identifying decision makers at the Executive and C-level
  • Gaining commitment from prospects to virtually meet with an Account Executive via a web-based presentation to demonstrate our product
  • Maintaining records of all interactions with qualified prospects using Salesforce.com
  • Support and contribute to the Sales Team's growth; potential advancement to Account Executive
  • Hybrid role requires Thursdays in office at Envoy Global Chicago headquarters for collaboration and training

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience or natural flair for honest sales, with integrity and an excellent ability to build rapport, with sincerity
  • Strong desire to gain hands-on sales experience including effective targeting, lead generation, and relationship development
  • Excellent written + verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • High-energy, results-oriented personality with a positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to quickly learn complex subjects and communicate them in a simple manner
  • Experience with one or a combination of sales system tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • Experience maintaining records of interactions using Salesforce.com

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary: $48,000-$50,000
  • Target Commission Opportunity: $15,000
  • Total Cash Range: $63,000-$65,000
  • Hybrid work arrangement (Thursdays in office at Chicago headquarters)
