Responsibilities
Coordinates with Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Sales team on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Coordinates with GSM Sales team for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages
Develop and manage capture budgets, track expenditures, and ensure proper resource allocation throughout the capture process
Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth
Captures and documents general information related to customer business, culture, issues and concerns
Assists in the interface with the customer and internal Boeing resources
Assists in the development of internal and customer solutions by performing analysis of needs and available resources
Evaluates processes that can be improved, makes recommendations to the internal team, and executes such projects
Assists in the preparation of management review materials and internal presentations
Gathers and compiles strategic information into a consolidated package to facilitate the development of strategy and tactics
Responsible for maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; Salesforce & assists the leadership and sales team regularly
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience supporting or managing Vertical Lift competitive domestic or international sales campaigns
5+ years of experience in business capture or program management, global sales and marketing or a related field
Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
