Responsibilities

  • Prospect through a mixture of sources such as hubspot, linkedin, events and similar
  • Qualify leads and research target accounts
  • Communicate Alva’s value clearly and confidently
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handovers to Sales
  • Track activity and performance in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings
  • Familiar with B2B sales and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Ambitious, high energy and courageous
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Go-getter, resilient, and eager to learn
