Lead the identification, shaping and conversion of complex, high-value opportunities across one or more Lines of Business.
Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution – translating enterprise priorities into actionable pursuits.
Play a critical role in driving portfolio performance, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring disciplined delivery.
Engage at a senior level with government customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders.
Shape opportunities early and position the organisation for success.
Develop Business Development capability, set clear expectations, coach teams, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Commercially astute business development leader with a proven track record of shaping and winning complex opportunities
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex pursuits, including multi-partner and multi-domain opportunities
Deep appreciation of government procurement and acquisition processes
Sound commercial acumen, experience across pricing, contracts and risk
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Experience developing and executing capture strategies
Strong leadership capability in building, coaching and uplifting teams
Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous environments
Ability to bring clarity, direction and momentum to pursuits
Pragmatic, outcome-focused, able to navigate competing priorities
