About the role

  • Leading relationship management and business development for Fiserv’s Debit Network. Collaborating with key clients and teams to enhance executive client relationships and drive business growth in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance executive client relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth
  • Create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives
  • Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution
  • Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis
  • Assist merchants with improved authorization rates
  • Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs
  • Work closely with the processor relations team supporting merchants and acquirers on a day to day basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention
  • 5+ years of experience in the debit payments industry
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 50% to client sites
