About the role

  • Director of Business Development responsible for coaching sales team and driving new client sales. Collaborating with departments to achieve strategic goals while focusing on business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales strategy and process creation to drive new client sales
  • Work with Client Service and Delivery teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Assist with creating and delivering sales presentations and materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and drive growth
  • Build and maintain reporting to demonstrate performance insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Lead and mentor direct reports through regular meetings
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strategies
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify non-verbal cues from an audience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify mobilizers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to connect and sell to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, etc.)
