Responsibilities
Gestionar oportunidades dentro del mercado SMB.
Impulsar renovaciones, desarrollar negocio y construir relaciones sólidas con partners.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) con clientes.
Generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales a través de llamadas outbound planificadas y actividades de seguimiento.
Mantener el CRM actualizado con información precisa del cliente y de las oportunidades.
Requirements
1–2 años de experiencia en funciones de inside sales, soporte comercial o roles similares.
Conocimiento del ecosistema de Microsoft, especialmente: M365 / Suite Ofimática, Teams y herramientas colaborativas, Licenciamiento Microsoft, incluyendo Business Premium.
Valorable conocimiento de Security y/o Copilot.
Nivel de inglés muy valorable.
