About the role

  • Act as the front of the company and apply an effective sales strategy to expand clientele
  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
  • Attain revenue targets through development and execution of winning strategy plans with positive outcomes for customers, partners, employees and the business
  • Bring search knowledge, market intelligence, sales experience, customer focus, passion for technology and best-practice sharing
  • Develop sales and account plans for Company’s solutions and services in N.Macedonia market
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new market niches
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Coordinate development and execution of action plans with the pre-sales team to generate new business
  • Maintain a sustainable sales process from leads to closing and manage variances with corrective actions
  • Provide timely forecasting and business intelligence on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Sustain reporting with key accounts and partners to optimize company positioning and deliver excellent after-sales support
  • Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Report to Country Lead and collaborate with Regional and Group management

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field
  • MBA will be considered a strong asset
  • 10 years overall direct experience in account management or solutions sales roles, preferably in Information Technology, Financial Services or Telecommunications Sector
  • 5+ years proven work experience in a consultative sales position
  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
  • Business acumen dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills, problem solving & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to work in international, multi-cultural environment
  • Influence and persuasion skills
