About the role

  • Prospect and engage new clients through structured outreach and thoughtful follow-up to generate qualified meetings.
  • Partner with the VP of Business Development to develop pipeline, align consultants to opportunities, and support deal progression.
  • Collaborate with consultants to identify opportunities that emerge during delivery and client conversations.
  • Provide visibility into pipeline activity, client needs, and project updates through regular team meetings.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to anticipate pipeline needs and source the right talent for upcoming opportunities.
  • Support client engagement activities, onboarding, and account coordination to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Step in as a trusted point of contact for clients when needed to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B prospecting, sales support, or client engagement, ideally within consulting or professional services
  • Proven ability to build rapport with executives and decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and relationship-driven outreach.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across consultants, sales leaders, and recruiting teams.
  • Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, account coordination, or sales support.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Able to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customers’ business needs; demonstrated ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting on general and industry-specific topics
