Serve as front-line ambassador for Unilabs by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical research
Conduct detailed market research and identify target accounts
Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, social media) and follow up on inbound inquiries
Qualify leads from marketing initiatives and convert into sales opportunities
Initiate and nurture client relationships; schedule and lead discovery calls and meetings
Manage sales pipeline using CRM and MS Office; ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of metrics
Collaborate with Contracts & Proposals, project management, scientific teams, operations, marketing, legal, and quality to convert leads into partnerships
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals showcasing Unilabs service offerings
Represent Unilabs at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events
Provide regular sales activity updates and reports to leadership; monitor and analyse outreach performance
Maintain communication channels with customers and internal teams; gather customer feedback and keep CRM up to date
Provide sales management information via monthly reports and weekly 1:1 sessions
Requirements
BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Pharmacy or related field
UK based
Fluent in English
Scientific sales experience
Ability to work remotely
