About the role

  • Take full accountability for achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Prospect potential customers through social selling, telesales, email marketing, and events
  • Conduct client demonstrations and discovery meetings
  • Deliver tailored payment solutions that meet the needs of merchants and acquiring partners
  • Create bespoke commercial proposals that align with client requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of acquiring, payments technology, and industry trends
  • Build a strong knowledge of the verticals in which Axcess provide payment solutions
  • Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in an SDR, Account Executive, or Business Development role
  • Driven by targets, motivated by performance, and confident speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Eager to develop expertise in payments, acquiring, and merchant solutions
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and finds ways to get results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is beneficial but not essential – sales ability and attitude are what matter most
  • Previous experience selling SaaS products or working in sectors such as gambling, forex, financial services, or travel will also be considered.
