About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for enhancing CIBC mortgage visibility in the builder industry. Focusing on partnerships and securing mortgage referrals in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the visibility of CIBC residential mortgage programs within the builder industry in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
  • Develop strategic partnerships and create opportunities to secure mortgage referrals
  • Engage regularly with builders, developers, realtors, and industry associations
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Actively participate in and support industry-related associations and events
  • Leverage business opportunities by training MAs on builder program features
