Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop a BDR team in Portugal and the US
Drive day-to-day performance across activity levels, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution
Coach BDRs on outreach, messaging, objection handling, discovery, and qualification
Support pipeline generation across both net new and expansion opportunities
Help BDRs develop the product and technical understanding needed to engage with prospects and customers
Partner with the Sales Enablement team for consistent onboarding and ongoing programs
Reinforce adoption of tools, messaging frameworks, and training
Align outreach efforts with sales and customer success leadership
Monitor performance metrics for coaching and improvement
Support development paths for BDRs advancing to AE roles
Build a performance-oriented, collaborative team environment
Requirements
Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role (BDR, AE, or similar)
Experience managing or mentoring sales talent
Strong understanding of pipeline generation across both new logo and customer expansion motions
Comfort managing to activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics
Ability to quickly learn and communicate product capabilities
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Salesforce and common sales engagement / prospecting tools
