Responsibilities

  • Assisting with lead research, including gathering basic prospect information
  • Supporting the team with simple outreach tasks across email and digital channels
  • Updating CRM records and helping maintain accurate customer data
  • Shadowing BDR team members during prospecting and qualification activities
  • Helping compile summaries, reports, or insights for sales colleagues
  • Participating in workshops, training sessions, and regular team meetings
  • Learning how the sales team uses tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
  • Contributing to general administrative or project tasks as needed
