Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities across the defense and national security space sectors
Build and maintain relationships with program managers, engineering leads, and procurement officials at both government agencies and prime contractors

Translate complex technical requirements into clear value propositions for T2S component offerings
Coordinate with internal engineering, product management, and capture teams to ensure technical and proposal alignment
Track market trends, budgets, and customer priorities to inform product development and strategic planning
Represent T2S at industry events, customer meetings, and technical exchanges
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering, physics, or related technical discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, capture, or technical leadership roles in space electronics
Advanced degree or equivalent combination of technical and business education
Demonstrated success developing and capturing new business with major space prime contractors and DoD customers
Deep understanding of component and subsystem technologies for space applications, including power, communication, sensing, processing, and payload integration
Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to align customer needs with innovative product solutions
Strong communication skills and executive presence suitable for engagement with senior government and industry stakeholders
Experience transitioning advanced component technologies into prime contractor programs of record
Familiarity with DoD and IC acquisition processes, technology readiness assessments, and export control requirements
Active or current Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
