About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving growth by engaging potential customers at a venture-backed AI platform. Identifying markets and developing relationships to expand Wisedocs’ market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify untapped markets, industries, and channels to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts including phone calls, social selling, and email outreach.
  • Research, connect, and qualify prospective customers via phone, email, social media, networking, and in-person interactions.
  • Represent Wisedocs at national and U.S.-based conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and overall sales strategy.
  • Support additional business development initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in business development within a SaaS sales organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Insurance, or Law is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects at in-person events and traveling nationally as required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with proven ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive problem-solver, and self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personable, confident in cold outreach, and enthusiastic about driving growth.
