About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Aspire Software conducting market research and generating leads in Lebanon. Developing relationships and creating strategic plans for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to identify growth areas and unmet needs.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contract terms for new business deals and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets or launching new products/services.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and support growth initiatives.
  • Track business development activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional networks.
  • Data analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
