About the role

  • Business Analyst involved in ServiceNow projects from consultation to implementation, focusing on CRM and CSM aspects. Collaborating with teams to enhance digital workflows and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • You will support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to go-live and operation
  • You will analyze and design functional requirements in CRM and CSM
  • You will work in an agile environment and create features, epics and user stories
  • You will perform business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
  • You will be responsible for minor configurations of ServiceNow modules
  • You will support the onboarding and mentoring of our junior consultants
  • You will independently and proactively manage and continuously develop your ServiceNow service portfolio

Requirements

  • Domain expertise in CRM and/or CSM
  • Experience with ServiceNow is ideal, or a strong willingness to acquire ServiceNow skills
  • Professional experience in software development, technology consulting and/or system integration
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and enjoyment of acting as the interface between IT and the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience in process optimization and modeling
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication and confident presentation skills
  • Successfully completed university degree
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for consulting projects is acceptable
