Responsibilities
You will support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to go-live and operation
You will analyze and design functional requirements in CRM and CSM
You will work in an agile environment and create features, epics and user stories
You will perform business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
You will be responsible for minor configurations of ServiceNow modules
You will support the onboarding and mentoring of our junior consultants
You will independently and proactively manage and continuously develop your ServiceNow service portfolio
Requirements
Domain expertise in CRM and/or CSM
Experience with ServiceNow is ideal, or a strong willingness to acquire ServiceNow skills
Professional experience in software development, technology consulting and/or system integration
Analytical and conceptual skills and enjoyment of acting as the interface between IT and the business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience in process optimization and modeling
Strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication and confident presentation skills
Successfully completed university degree
Business-fluent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for consulting projects is acceptable
