Monitor and manage brand awareness and perception
Partner cross-functionally to align brand strategy with product roadmap & business goals
Own corporate-level audience and market insights
Create perception-shifting content including video, written content, social media, podcasts, and emerging formats
Lead social media team & strategy across platforms to drive conversations and engagement
Partner with communications to drive executive thought leadership and earned media coverage
Collaborate with growth marketing and PMM to infuse brand storytelling into product launches, events, campaigns, and pipeline-driving initiatives
Work with recruiting and HR to strengthen Ironclad’s talent brand across candidate touchpoints
Champion customer storytelling that highlights impact and builds trust with enterprise audiences

Exceptional Writing Skills: You're a master wordsmith who can craft everything from snappy social media posts to in-depth thought leadership articles that captivate and inform
Powerful Storytelling: Strong creative instincts for content, with the ability to brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to produce breakthrough work
Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across departments without direct authority, building brand champions throughout the organization
