Perform inbound and outbound customer support via phone calls, text messaging, email, social media, and the patient portal
Effectively interact with paying customers and those who want to sign up for the first time
Directly respond to inquiries regarding questionnaires and shipping, billing, medication/dosing, and technical concerns
Forward telehealth inquiries to the doctor or pharmacist when appropriate
Contact customers who signed up but did not complete the questionnaire to encourage them to continue the transaction and make a purchase
Follow up with customers who need to complete a check-in questionnaire to receive their next months medication
Requirements
Experience working in a BPO setting
Experience providing inbound and outbound customer support
Knowledge in healthcare and telehealth
Bachelors degree in a related field
Proficiency in using different communication channels
Familiarity in handling a telehealth patient portal
Ability to deal with diverse patients in a friendly and compassionate manner
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exemplary problem-solving and organizational skills
