About the role

  • Prepare and process monthly manual billing for our Payment Processing business line in North America, including daily ACH bulk billing
  • Support the line manager in identifying and resolving control gaps within billing and invoicing processes
  • Assist with the reconciliation and billing of monetary adjustments accounts for US Acquiring
  • Prepare and analyze the aged receivable reports monthly
  • Communicate with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications, as needed, on a timely basis
  • Help drive continuous improvement to procedures and internal controls
  • Assist with the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and delivery of all billing reports
  • Perform all ad hoc tasks on request to support line manager and Financial Operations wider team

Requirements

  • A degree level education
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to handle multiple activities successfully while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
  • Attention to detail with sound analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven system investigative skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across functions and global teams.
