About the role
- Billing Analyst supporting billing and invoicing processes for Payments Processing business in North America. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly manual billing for our Payment Processing business line in North America, including daily ACH bulk billing
- Support the line manager in identifying and resolving control gaps within billing and invoicing processes
- Assist with the reconciliation and billing of monetary adjustments accounts for US Acquiring
- Prepare and analyze the aged receivable reports monthly
- Communicate with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications, as needed, on a timely basis
- Help drive continuous improvement to procedures and internal controls
- Assist with the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and delivery of all billing reports
- Perform all ad hoc tasks on request to support line manager and Financial Operations wider team
Requirements
- A degree level education
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to handle multiple activities successfully while adhering to strict deadlines
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
- Attention to detail with sound analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven system investigative skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across functions and global teams.
