About the role

  • Senior Process Analyst in PMO managing contracts and project support at Método Grupo, a engineering and construction company.

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and standardization of contract workflows and deliverables
  • Management and organization of the pipeline for new contracts
  • Support and validation of Project Plans
  • Participation in kickoffs ensuring process and commercial alignment
  • Document governance and SharePoint organization
  • Implementation and management of tools
  • Delivering trainings and rolling out new workflows
  • Inputting and monitoring KPIs and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Architecture or related fields
  • Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
  • Experience in contract management, process management or PMO
  • Good communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and deliver training
  • Structured mindset with a focus on governance
  • Plus: Experience in construction companies or in construction/project management
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related areas
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 certification
