About the role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and systems
  • Respond to and resolve complex HR inquiries related to employment life cycle transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data within HRIS and other systems
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and other teams
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, using data-driven insights
  • Ensure that all HR processes adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and relevant labor laws
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on HR processes
