About the role
- Bilingual Senior People Operations Specialist delivering expert-level HR support across various processes and systems. Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance HR operations and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and systems
- Respond to and resolve complex HR inquiries related to employment life cycle transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data within HRIS and other systems
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and other teams
- Generate and analyze HR reports, using data-driven insights
- Ensure that all HR processes adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and relevant labor laws
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on HR processes
