Backoffice Manager overseeing accounting processes for Inway Systems' clients in Germany, interacting closely with backoffice teams and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Close collaboration with the back-office teams at our sites to ensure smooth commercial/administrative processes
Independent execution of accounting tasks, in particular preparatory bookkeeping, document management, and support for month-end and year-end closings
Preparation of service reports and invoices for our clients, including verification, allocation, and timely dispatch
Responsibility for travel expense accounting, including verification of receipts and internal chargebacks
Review and settlement of time tracking for all employees at the site
Maintenance and management of billing-related data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Handling general company correspondence and supporting administrative processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk, or tax clerk) or a business degree with a focus on accounting/finance
Solid knowledge of accounting, ideally with experience in preparatory bookkeeping and financial accounting
Confident use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience in travel expense accounting, time tracking, and preparation of service records and outgoing invoices
Good understanding of commercial processes and a structured, independent, and meticulous working style
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Very good German language skills (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage
Team player, reliable, and a high level of discretion and sense of responsibility
