About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing operational and administrative support for accreditation processes. Collaborating with technical teams and clients for effective service delivery with compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Perform client base configuration in the SOC system following technical guidance, internal procedures and defined service proposals, ensuring that information is organized and ready for use in eSocial messaging processes.
  • Check and administratively validate SST (Occupational Health and Safety) records and information entered into the system, verifying data consistency and flagging inconsistencies to supervision or responsible areas to support compliance of information used in government event submissions.
  • Generate reports in the SOC system to support auditing of entered information, identify pending issues and organize data needed for corrections, always under the guidance of the technical team or area leadership.
  • Support the interface between internal areas, supervision and the client by requesting data, tracking responses and organizing outstanding information to help ensure SST events are sent to eSocial within legal deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support for OSH management, assisting operational client relationships by sending reports, recording receipts and updating submission statuses to guarantee traceability, organization and control of information.
  • Assist with the monthly formalization of completion of SST event messaging by organizing reports and records in the SOC system to ensure a transmission history and proof of submission to the government.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position as needed or requested by the area, including training and professional qualification under the direction of the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Preferably pursuing higher education (Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering and/or Logistics);
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in administrative roles;
  • Differential: knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (SST); experience with eSocial event messaging;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility and commitment.
