About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo supporting grain origination team at Olam Agri in Sinop. Responsible for billing and invoice management while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of billing transactions and tight deadlines;
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in information handling;
  • Monitor ongoing changes in agribusiness tax legislation;
  • Integrate data and processes across different departments and systems;
  • Issue and verify grain invoices (incoming and outgoing);
  • Support reconciliation of data between the system and grain movement reports;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with carriers, warehouses, and the commercial team;
  • Ensure compliance with current fiscal and tax regulations;
  • Organize and file documents related to grain transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous experience in billing, issuing, and verifying invoices (incoming and outgoing);
  • Experience in agribusiness companies, grain trading, or storage is a plus;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desired);
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, is desirable.
